Chef Jenni Brewster is a former culinary arts instructor and an accomplished pastry chef well-known for her wedding cakes, decorated birthday cakes, creative special occasion cakes, flavorful French macarons, pies, pastries, and other baked goods. After competing as a finalist on The Food Network’s Cupcake Wars in 2013, cupcakes became one of her most requested desserts.
Chef Jenni graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, and gained experience as a restaurant chef, caterer, baker and pastry chef in the San Francisco Bay and Sacramento areas, including the Pilothouse aboard The Delta King and Selland’s Market-Café.
Chef Jenni is a member of the USPCA (United States Personal Chef Association) and holds her ServSafe food handling safety certification. She currently holds the title of chapter president of USPCA’s Sacramento Area Chapter.
Chef Jenni enjoys getting to know her clients and providing memorable culinary experiences for them, whether it is simply dinner for the family on a Wednesday night, a daughter’s wedding cake, a birthday celebration, or cupcakes for a baby shower.
